From my own travels to at least a hundred dealerships, the thing that annoyed me most was the attack mode of the sales people. The second thing was the buying process, where the sales person was a puppet of the hidden sales manager, being pulled away like a yo-yo with every new negotiation. I got into this business to bring a breath of fresh air to the car business. My goal was not to reinvent the wheel; the product will have to sell itself, and excellent service and prices reign. Yet, the buying process will be a new experience.  I branched out a year ago with taking people to the auction and hope you will find my service desirable.  I am looking forward to meeting you!
